Q: Are the schranks made from solid wood? Answer: The schranks are constructed using German oak. All frontal areas are solid wood; remaining sections are comprised of panels made from layered sandwiched hardwoods and covered by oak veneer. No plastic or paper fiberboard materials are used. All glass windows are made form lead crystal.

Q. What do I do to select and order a schrank kombi or single cabinet? Answer: First, contact me through my email link or by telephone. I´ll be happy to call you back. Please quote or have ready the schrank kombi name and number. (Think about your color preference). The best way is for us to talk together while reviewing the products online. I´ll be happy to offer suggestions that assist you in determining your display and shelving needs.

Q. What about the lighting? Do I need to make changes? Answer: The wiring for the cabinet lighting is standard, meaning no transformers, etc. The only difference is that customers in the USA should use 110-120v lightbulbs, whereas in Europe and elsewhere 220-230v should be installed.

Q. I am a military service member. Can I get financing? Answer: Yes , through US MILITARY LOANS. We suggest that you make a normal application online for the cash purchase price and shipping surcharge. As is the case in Germany, you will be making your loan payment by allotment.

Q. What does the shipping entail? Answer: In order for us to calculate the shipping surcharge, we need to know your location and the pieces to be sent. Then our shipper will know the weight, size(volume) and destination of your purchase. Your advantage: Your schrank will be prepared and shipped directly from the factory - no detours, just prompt, professional service.
